Driving Directions

From the 10 Freeway (Santa Monica Freeway)
10 Freeway west to 4th Street, turn left (south).
4th Street to Pico Boulevard, turn right (west).
Pico Boulevard to Main Street, turn left (south).
Main Street 5-1/2 blocks to Edgemar, turn left into parking lot.

From the 405 Freeway (San Diego Freeway)
405 Freeway to 10 Freeway west, then proceed as above.

Parking
Along the north side of Edgemar is our parking lot. All Edgemar Tenants validate for one hour of free parking, no purchase necessary. We have underground parking so in case the upper level is full, please drive to the lower levels.

Our Neighbors
Our parking lot is immediately adjacent to residences, so we need to keep noise levels in the lot to a minimum. Cones are placed on the north side of the lot between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekdays and 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM on weekends. We cone off the south side of the lot between 9:00 PM and 7:30 AM on weekdays and 9:PM and 8:00AM on weekends. The city of Santa Monica requires this, so please don’t move the cones. And the neighbors ask that you keep engine idle to a minimum as this causes vibrations to their houses. Thank you!
